Steps to Self Manage
your homecare package with Homecare My Way
1 Design your care plan
We’ll work with you to design a personalised care plan. This will be an all-important Self Management guide you on what support and services you can find and schedule.
2 Search for care and services
You’ll search online and within your local community for care and services you need. We’ll support you on how to engage with different service providers and what questions to ask.
3 Register your service provider
After choosing your service provider, register them with Homecare My Way through the Client Portal. We’ll perform all the necessary checks such as insurance, compliance, and qualifications to ensure they meet our high standards.
4 Book your care and services
After we complete the checks, you can schedule your care and services on a schedule that best suits you.
5 Update your homecare package budget
Use the budget we’ve provided to ensure you’re spending within your means. Keep your budget updated to manage your homecare package effectively.
6 Update us whenever something changes
It’s crucial to inform us if your needs change, especially if it’s related to your health and circumstances. Homecare My Way will work with you to continually review and adjust your care and services to match your health needs.
